Key Responsibilities



Take ownership of the full sales cycle – from strategy to close

*

Build and lead a sales team to support regional and national growth

*

Develop new business opportunities within the construction sector

*

Create and execute sales strategies targeting site managers, project leads, and procurement teams

*

Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver seamless customer experiences

*

Track KPIs, report on pipeline, and continually optimise performance

About You

*

Proven B2B sales experience – essential expereince in security, construction.

*

Experience in (or ambition for) team leadership and building a department

*

Strong network within the construction sector is a plus

*

Commercially minded, self-motivated, and results-driven

*

Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
