The Fife Neuro / Stroke rehabilitation Service is looking for an experienced physiotherapist with neurorehabilitation skills to join our team.


The opportunity to work in a specialist neurorehabilitation service does not come up often. This is a new post to support the team to deliver the new neuro / stroke model which aims to provide high quality rehabilitation for patients with a neurological condition across Fife.


We provide rehabilitation for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke. You will work as part of the highly specialist physiotherapy team to deliver expert rehabilitation to inpatients, outpatients and community patients across Fife.


We are a progressive multidisciplinary team who work closely together with patients, families and other services, and strive to provide high quality rehabilitation, learn together and develop our service. You will be supported by a team of Highly Specialist Physiotherapists who will provide mentorship and training. We are committed to personal and service development, and support learning opportunities and participation in practice development networks.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert neurorehabilitation to inpatients, outpatients and community patients across Fife.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality, person‑centred care.
  • Travel throughout Fife during the working day to support patients in different locations.
  • Participate in mentorship, training and practice development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previously worked in neurorehabilitation.
  • Experience within the NHS is essential.
  • Right of, or entitlement to, working in the United Kingdom.
  • Prepared to attend a face‑to‑face interview as part of the selection process.
