Job Title: Senior Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

Location: London clinic based, home visits and ad-hoc global travel
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hrs/ Week. Monday- Friday, with weekend rota cover as required.
Salary: £42,000+, dependent on Experience
Reporting to: Ella Moffatt (Director of Global Services)

Position Overview:
Remedy Health and Performance is in search of a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist to join our
dynamic team. As a Remedy Physio, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing
rehabilitation programs, addressing injuries, and facilitating the recovery process for people who
want to maximise their potential. We also treat a range of clients with chronic, palliative and
degenerative conditions who work hard with us to maintain the highest level of function,
independence and quality of life based on what is most important to them. We are looking for a
candidate with a strong background in rehabilitation and conservative management with the
ability to work flexibly with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify injuries, limitations,
and movement dysfunctions among clients, considering their unique needs and goals.
Rehabilitation Planning: Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programs that
incorporate evidence-based practices to address injuries, improve function, and enhance quality
of life.
Manual Therapy: Administer a range of hands-on techniques and manual therapies to promote
healing, reduce pain, and restore mobility.
Exercise Prescription: Develop and prescribe targeted therapeutic exercises to improve strength,
flexibility, and coordination, tailored to each client's specific condition.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other health and performance professionals within the
Remedy team, including sports therapists, podiatrists, and S&C coaches to ensure a
comprehensive and cohesive approach to client care.
Education and Guidance: Educate clients and their families on self-management strategies,
condition-specific advice, and the use of assistive technologies.
Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and adjust rehabilitation plans based on client progress,
ensuring optimal recovery based on objective and patient reported outcome measures. .
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans,
and progress to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
HCPC registered and CSP Member
Minimum 5 years post graduate experience, working within a rehabilitation setting.

Desirable:
Previous experience working within a private setting.
Strong knowledge of Neurorehab, post-Op Rehab (Gen Surg and Ortho), Care of Elderly and
evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
Experience in MSk, manual therapy and Oncology highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with
diverse clients.
Flexible individual who easily adapts to new environments.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel with clients as required.
