What You Will Do

*

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Python

*

Contribute across the stack, including frontend components (Svelte / jQuery)

*

Own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment

*

Collaborate closely with product, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

*

Bring product thinking into engineering decisions, understanding real user impact

*

Help shape the architecture and long-term evolution of the platform

What You Bring

*

Strong experience building backend systems with Python

*

A strong academic background, many of our engineers are Oxbridge alumni

*

Experience working with APIs, integrations, or distributed systems

*

Comfort working across multiple surfaces or parts of a product

Bonus if you have experience with:

Frontend development (Svelte or jQuery)
