Project Manager – Mechanical 

Location: Glasgow | Salary: DOE | Hours: Full-time, Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–16:00



We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical to take full ownership of high-value projects across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Defence, Hospitality, and District Heating sectors. As a Project Manager – Mechanical, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure mechanical installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities





  • Lead all aspects of mechanical projects as Project Manager – Mechanical, from planning and procurement to commissioning and handover.




  • Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and client communications to guarantee smooth delivery.




  • Implement safety and quality systems, resolving technical issues efficiently.




  • Control project budgets, programmes, and client satisfaction as a Project Manager – Mechanical





Who You Are





  • Experienced Project Manager – Mechanical with a proven track record on commercial M&E projects £100k–£4m.




  • Strong leadership, people management, and commercial awareness.




  • Qualified in building services or equivalent, confident in Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
