Job Title: Functional Assessor (Physiotherapist)

Location: Scarborough

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Starting salary £37,500 with OTE up to £43,450*

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Disability Assessor (Physiotherapist) and leverage your clinical expertise in a hybrid role based in Scarborough.

As a registered physiotherapist, you'll assess, discuss, and report on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Proficiency in typing and IT systems
  • Commitment to integrity and high-quality service

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted HCPC registration
  • Registered Physiotherapist
  • Applications also welcome from NMC Registered Nurses (RN, RMN, RNLD), HCPC Registered Paramedics, and Occupational Therapists
  • Minimum 1-year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare)
