Overview

We have an exciting role for a Workshop Technician to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you will carry out repairs and routine maintenance on the motorcycles we purchase and retail, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, list components required to efficiently repair to a road worthy condition. Carry out PDI assessment and evaluation in line with business standards, along with completing the inspections in a timely manner. To ensure workshop cleanliness standards are always met, all Health and Safety policies will be adhered too and SBF standards are maintained through the entire motorcycle journey.


What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Conduct PDI checks, remedial work, and comprehensive vehicle preparation to meet SuperBike Factory retail standards
  • Complete repairs, servicing, and maintenance on motorcycles for internal and external customers, meeting efficiency and accuracy targets
  • Provide thorough vehicle evaluations and present findings to customers via report, video, or in person
  • Adhere to company repair standards, Health & Safety guidelines, and workshop procedures
  • Perform road-testing assessments on motorcycles, licence permitting
  • Maintain clean, organised workstations in line with 5S principles and company housekeeping standards
  • Undertake ongoing training and development in line with market updates and new product launches

What We're Looking For
Essential

  • GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or Grade 4 and above or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Technician or Motorbike Mechanic
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Full or restricted motorcycle licence, motor vehicle or engineering qualifications, and dealer-specific certifications.
  • As well as experience with motorcycles, proficiency using hand tools, and familiarity with diagnostic software (e.g., TEXA).
