We are working with a leading and rapidly growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a landmark commercial scheme in West London.

The Role

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing mechanical installation works on site, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising mechanical trades and subcontractors on site
  • Coordinating works in line with programme requirements
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across all mechanical activities
  • Monitoring quality of installation and compliance with specifications
  • Working closely with Project Managers and senior site teams
  • Attending site meetings and reporting on progress
  • Driving productivity and maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the M&E sector
  • Background working on commercial or high-end residential projects
  • Experience delivering large-scale M&E packages
  • Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Stable employment history demonstrating project delivery
