The team plays a key role in overseeing design intent, through‐life safety, operational requirements, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations.As a Mechanical/Structural Engineer, you will work alongside Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Building Services Engineers to develop, assess and maintain engineering design substantiation for complex facilities. You will help ensure that safety justifications, operating limits, maintenance strategies and design documentation remain robust, current and aligned with good practice and legislation. This role directly supports both current operations and future programmes across a range of high‐integrity engineering environments.Essential Experience Mechanical or Structural design experience. Proven ability to produce robust technical justifications supporting design modifications.* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards and codes.* Familiarity with recognised industry technical guidance.* Experience working on multi‐disciplinary engineering projects.QualificationsHNC/HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a closely related discipline, with demonstrable professional experience.LocationGlasgow City Centre and Home Working.Security RequirementsSC Clearance*Due to the secure nature of this project, restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.Belong.
