We’re working with a growing business looking to appoint a Mechanical Services Manager to take ownership of service delivery across a key contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving operations, and working closely with clients.

About the Role

You’ll be leading a team of field engineers responsible for delivering maintenance and repair works across a varied portfolio of mechanical systems. The position is hands-on from an operational perspective, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

You’ll also act as a key point of contact for the client, providing updates, reporting on performance, and ensuring expectations are consistently met.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and coordinating a team of mobile engineers across the region

Managing day-to-day delivery of servicing, maintenance, and reactive works

Overseeing works across heating systems, water systems, and renewable technologies

*

Ensuring all works are completed in line with compliance and regulatory standards

Reviewing job reports, performance, and quality of delivery

*

Producing clear and accurate reports for internal teams and the client

*

Planning and organising workloads to ensure efficient coverage

Promoting strong health & safety practices across all operations
