The Opportunity

Our Asset Care maintenance team is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for executing the site asset care strategy.


No two days will be the same in this role, as you deliver the site preventative maintenance and equipment improvement requirements across an operational site that boasts an automated warehouse, a biomass boiler, and a wastewater treatment system.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Utilize best practice engineering and technology to improve equipment performance levels and the efficiency of the manufacturing operation.
  • Lead preventative maintenance activities.
  • Reliability problem‑solving activities relating to plant failures or performance issues.

Experience That You Will Bring

You’ll be a team player with a positive can‑do attitude demonstrating the following:



  • Relevant qualification, certificate or trades qualification.
  • Lean manufacturing industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
