Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 5 days on site.

Our client, a leader in Nuclear Generation requires a Mechanical Maintenance Technician at their site in Sizewell, Leiston to join their maintenance team. This hands-on role involves the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems, with a strong focus on pumps, valves, and general mechanical equipment across our facility.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of pump and valve systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts or be on-call as required.
