Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Excellent Training and Progression)£45,000 - £49,000 (OTE £60k)+ Days Based + Flexitime + Progression + Excellent Training + Bonuses + Overtime + Enhanced Pension + Life Assurance + Tool AllowanceSite based, commutable from Cheltenham, Evesham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Moreton-in-Marsh, Cirencester, Worcester and surrounding areas.

On Call 2 in 8 Are you a Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer with experience working in a manufacturing or production environment looking to join a longstanding industry leading business, where you will be heavily invested in through specialist training with clear routes to progress within the business all whilst keeping a great work life balance in a days based role with flexitime hours?On offer is an excellent opportunity to work for a globally renowned business, where you can continue your development through personalised training and work as part of a close knit team, whilst having options to progress your career and take the next technical step within a company that has a great reputation for looking after and upskilling their staff.This company offer specialist manufactured products that our supplied to a range of industries around the globe. They have an incredible reputation for retaining and investing in their staff and are looking to continue developing their team as they increase their manufacturing outputs.In this broad and interesting role you will be responsible for preplanned and reactive maintenance on a modern heavy manufacturing site, you will work predominately on the Mechanical maintenance with some minor electrical works, and will be continuously invested in through training to ensure your continued development.This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, working for an incredibly staff oriented business, where you can show your skillset and continue your development all whilst working flexible hours in this days based position.The Role: *Preplanned and Reactive Maintenance of Heavy Manufacturing Equipment *Continued Training into Multi-Skilled / Steam etc. *Monday to Friday - Flexible hours *On call rota 2 weeks in 8The Person: *Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer *Looking for a long term position within a stable permanent position *Full UK Drivers License
