Job Tittle – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for a mechanical engineer to join the team and maintain all the mechanical aspects for one of their prestigious critical contracts.

The Mechanical Engineer responsibilities include performing planned and reactive maintenance on heating, air-conditioning, and domestic water systems, conducting inspections, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and L8 standards for evaporative cooling and domestic water systems. They also support installation and commissioning of new equipment, maintain comprehensive maintenance records, liaise with clients and management, and participate provide expert technical support for complex mechanical repairs and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant such as pumps, fan coil units, and air handling units (AHUs).

* Inspections & Diagnoses: Perform routine inspections, system tests, and operational checks to ensure optimal performance and identify potential faults.

* Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental procedures, and maintain domestic water systems to meet L8 standard requirements.
