Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the team of an established company in the Cambridge area on a mobile contract. This role is offering a temp to perm contract.
* £24-25ph (paid weekly via umbrella)
* Permanent salary: £43k
* Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
* Temporary to permanent
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Fault finding and repair of various mechanical systems
* Working with pumps, motors, HVAC, pneumatics, and fluid systems
* Providing maintenance on plumbing and associated mechanical systems
* Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring safety standards are met
* Performing scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks across the site
* Assisting in the improvement of site equipment and systems
To be successful as a Mechanical Engineer, you will need:
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* IPAF certification
* Experience working with pumps, motors, HVAC, pneumatics, plumbing, and fluids
* Previous experience in a mechanical engineering or maintenance role
