Our Client is a highly respected Yorkshire based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor, offering design, installation and maintenance services for fully co-ordinated building services projects.

Established over 100 years ago, they have earned an enviable reputation for providing specialist commercial and industrial engineering services to the building industry, including sector specific projects to residential, leisure, education, retail and healthcare developments. Over this time, they have worked on many prestigious projects involving complex steam, water, air, heating, cooling and electrical installations, tailoring a bespoke package to suit.

The M&E Design Team works closely with all sections of the business to ensure cost effective, energy efficient and fit for purpose MEP design packages. With efficiency, sustainability and compliance at the heart of all live design schemes, the company provides their customers the benefits of a full turnkey approach.

With the demand for M&E design services only increasing, the business is looking to make two key hires within the team. With some flexibility over the exact level of experience and qualifications required, in principle, the expectation is to hire at Engineer (intermediate) and Senior Engineer levels. Interested parties must be able to provide full heating, ventilation and air conditioning design, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a strong commercial understanding of value engineering. It would also be expected that all applicants would be up to date with the latest building regs and industry software.

Applications are invited from appropriately experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineers who are able to work under limited supervision and take responsibility for providing a friendly client facing technical service. Those looking to add qualifications are also invited to show interest, with the company well known for supporting academic advancement to compliment on the job experience.
