Mechanical Day Shift Engineer Continental Day Shift - Commerical office Liverpool Street, London up to £45,000 Per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a day-shift engineer to be based at across three tenant floors in a commercial office in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified mechanical engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance and be able to turn their hand to a variety of maintenance tasks. He or she will be required to carry out mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across these three corporate floors. Working with the maintenance team on site (Team of 4). He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. • Up to £45,000
• 4 on 4 off 6 on 6 off, Shift Pattern 07:00 am to 19:00 pm
