Key requirements:

  • Drive Business Growth: Engage in business development, nurture client relationships, and represent SDS at client and design team meetings. Your commercial expertise will help secure new opportunities and ensure project success.
  • Champion Excellence: Uphold technical quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, integrating innovative practices and ethical use of technology into every project.

Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering
  • Minimum 7+ years’ relevant experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a consulting environment
  • Strong commercial, financial, and contractual understanding
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Emotional intelligence, drive, and approachability

The recruitment process will start with an initial meeting with our Regional Director, followed by a formal interview with the Managing Director.
