We’re looking for an experienced Flagship Sales Manager to help lead one of our categories in our MECCA George Street Flagship in NSW!


Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Lead by example, deliver and drive exceptional customer experiences while ensuring MECCA’s customer service standards are upheld.
  • Partnering with the Flagship Store Manager, Services & Events Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure every customerleaveslooking and feeling their best
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of key performance indicators to drive commercial results, ensuring the team works towards these goals daily.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement trials and innovations, providing support through feedback, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive trade.
  • Operate with agility, achieving best-in-class outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems using a decision‑making matrix.

What you’ll bring to this role

  • Extensive experience (minimum 2‑3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA‑magic moments.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, internally and externally.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
  • A make‑it‑happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
  • An ability to think big and long‑term, and drive change through influencing others.
