An exciting opportunity for a Lead Electronics Engineer to join a cutting-edge hardware team developing next-generation scientific instrumentation. This role sits at the heart of building high-precision, low-noise electronic systems used in advanced sensing technologies.

As Lead Electronics Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of high-precision, low-noise electronic systems
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers
  • Drive PCB design, simulation, testing, and system integration
  • Optimise signal integrity, shielding, and noise reduction
  • Collaborate across electronics, software, and mechanical teams
  • Work with external partners on PCB and component development

Experience Required:

  • MSc/PhD in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

  • Mixed-signal or ASIC design experience
  • Embedded systems and microcontroller knowledge
