Designing ultra-low-power electronics, including schematics, PCB layout and hardware debugging
Developing robust C/C++ firmware for low-power microcontrollers
Integrating sensors and wireless connectivity such as LoRaWAN, NB-IoT or BLE
Taking products from prototype through to reliable, manufacturable production
Running laboratory and field validation to identify failure modes and improvements
The Embedded Systems Engineer will have:
A degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related discipline
Experience developing embedded systems in a commercial or applied R&D setting
Strong electronic design and embedded C/C++ skills
Experience designing low-power systems on platforms such as STM32, Nordic or TI
Familiarity with wireless technologies such as LoRaWAN, NB-IoT or BLE
