Homecare Assistant Responsibilities:

  • The ability to understand the individual needs of the clients
  • Good communication skills
  • To be responsive to the changing needs of the individuals
  • Personal care duties
  • Support to assist with medication duties
  • Light housework
  • Food preparations
  • Social outings and appointments
  • No previous experience is required; however, you must have a compassionate nature and understanding of the client group. You must also want to have a desire to make a difference in other people's lives.
