HGV Mechanic / Technician

Monday – Friday (Days / 45 hours per week)


£40,425 – £46,425 + 33 days paid holiday + overtime paid at time ½ + bonus

Are you a HGV Mechanic / Technician looking for a new role where you will work for the UK's leading manufacturer of heavy goods vehicles in a days based role with guaranteed overtime paid at time ½?


Based in Somerset, my client is looking for an HGV Technician / Mechanic where you will join a well‑organised, highly experienced workshop, carrying out fault diagnosis on chassis‑mounted equipment, ensuring all work and repairs are carried out to the highest standard, preparation of HGVs for MOTs & other general mechanic duties.


The Role

  • Depot based RCV / HGV Technician / Mechanic
  • Repair, maintenance & servicing of RCVs
  • Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week + guaranteed overtime paid at time ½

The Person

  • HGV Technician / Mechanic with an NVQ Level 3, time served or equivalent
  • Wanting to work for a market‑leading company
  • Wanting an immediately available, days, depot‑based role with generous holiday and package
