We build IIoT-based inspection technology that protects the critical industrial assets, detecting corrosion-related faults before they become failures. The product manager is responsible for managing and owning assigned product(s) and/or product portfolio to ensure revenue, profitability, quality and customer loyalty goals are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Leads product management activities for assigned products/product line. Serves as the global subject matter and internal and external champion for assigned products/product lines.
  • Develops product message strategy, positioning, tiering and global list pricing.
  • Leads portfolio management and product road mapping process for assigned products/product lines.
  • Ensure effective communication across functional areas to ensure team members are well informed about project goals, activities and priorities. Motivate and assist team members to work in a professional manner in line with established goals and contribute to a good working environment.
  • Assists with new product development, discontinuance and product transitions incorporating the voice of the customer into the relevant processes and engaging with design engineering and other functional teams to assure customer needs and business financial targets are met.
  • Ensured required product collateral (Product Data Sheet, Manual, Quick Start Guide, Price List) is available and maintained throughout the product life cycle.
  • Supports timely resolution of Customer and Rapid Response feedback about assigned products/product line. Works with global quality team to implement product safety/quality notifications.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned products, markets and served applications. Defines market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing customer visits. Understands and applies customer segmentation techniques to product line strategies for growth.
  • Contributes to defining and achieving product line financial targets, including revenue, unit growth, profitability, and market participation
  • Develop business strategies to combat the competition. Develop technical familiarity with competitive products.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Higher education (Bachelor/Master) in marketing, engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across technical and commercial disciplines while successfully navigating shifting and conflicting priorities.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years' relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • MBA preferred
  • Proven customer-facing experience in sales or marketing, particularly with B2B technical product markets.
