Due to customer demand and the expansion of our JAR workshops an exciting opportunity exists to join our team.


JAR Car Storage

JAR Car Storage store and maintain a wide variety of vehicles for our clients, mainly from the 1950s era, to modern classics and post 2000 cars.


These include marques such as Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Jaguar, Porsche, Bentley and Rolls Royce. We have an award-winning workshop where we carry out diagnostic problem solving and mechanical and electrical restoration projects, fabrication, upgrades and modifications through to general maintenance and service work. We excel at the correction and modification of vehicles restored by others that do not meet their owners expectations. All work carried out must meet manufacturer’s specifications, or ideally exceed such standards. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail in all our work. Our clients regularly praise our detailed vehicle inspection and restoration reports that have proven invaluable to their vehicle history files.


Skills & Qualifications

You must be an honest, conscientious, and highly motivated individual, passionate about classic and historic vehicles. You are a team player who fully supports your colleagues when required, yet confident to work independently. You will possess a good understanding of motor vehicle engineering, with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills gained through hands-on experience within the classic car industry or a varied vehicle background. Experience gained in any of the following areas will be advantageous, though not essential:



  • Internal engine transmission repair
  • Overhaul and restoration work, fabrication, welding and electronic diagnostic work
