DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST

£45,000 to £55,000 Basic (Negotiable)

Location of work – London SE18 (offer of hybrid working after two week induction).

In this role, you’ll lead, execute and optimise omni-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.  It’s ideal for someone confident working independently in a fast-paced SME environment with ambitious goals and lean budgets.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute omni-channel digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, email and paid social.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align strategy with business goals.
Apply ABM principles where relevant.
Performance & Automation

Run and optimise campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
Design email journeys and automation flows using Salesforce and Pardot.
Continuously improve campaign performance using data and analytics.
Data, AI & Martech

Translate marketing data into actionable insights for leadership.
Use GA4 and dashboards for performance tracking.
Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance marketing output and efficiency.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

8+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing (tech preferred).
Strong in PPC, SEO, email marketing and paid social.
Experience with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce/Pardot preferred).
Confident working independently in fast-paced environments.
Analytical and data-driven, with a commercial mindset.
Comfortable with Martech, basic HTML and AI tools.
Knowledge of ABM strategies and project management best practices.
Degree in marketing, communications, IT or a related field.
