The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join our growing UK Operations Team. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you'll be on the front lines of technical delivery - conducting site surveys, installing smart energy systems, training partners, and supporting commercial deployments.

What You'll Do

Conduct site surveys and assess installation needs in commercial environments

Deliver technical training and performance reviews to partners and installers

Support the rollout of smart energy flexibility systems with IoT integration

Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to contractors and clients

Collaborate on the design and refinement of technical installation plans

Ensure full compliance with electrical regulations and safety standards

Continuously improve internal documentation, processes, and technical delivery

Work cross-functionally with business development and operations teams on feasibility and execution

What We're Looking For

Essential:

3+ years' experience as a qualified electrician or electrical engineer (commercial focus preferred)

Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and safety standards

Skilled in conducting site surveys and producing technical documentation

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK (overnight stays required)

Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Experience with HVAC systems, heat pumps, or BMS integrations

Knowledge of energy metering or monitoring technologies

Background in both domestic and commercial electrical systems

Passion for green tech and interest in progressing into a supervisory or advisory role
