What you will do

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver rehabilitation to patients with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Functional Neurological Disorder, and Parkinson’s Disease.
  • Develop and implement tailored self-management strategies in partnership with your patients, fostering independence and improved quality of life.
  • Engage in patient assessments, crafting bespoke treatment plans that promote recovery and functional movement.
  • Provide guidance and education to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding and engagement with rehabilitation processes.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, contributing to effective care planning and continuity.

Requirements

  • Qualified as a Band 6 Physiotherapist with an active HCPC registration.
  • A valid driving license is essential as you will be required to travel to patient locations.
