Job Summary

Join our vibrant After Sales Service team in Tunbridge Wells as a Workshop Supervisor - Mechanical Service and be part of something extraordinary.


Your contribution

As Supervisor:



  • You will oversee The Movement Servicing team to deliver repairs at the right quality, lead time and cost
  • You will ensure Watchmakers and Technicians correctly diagnose all watches received into the department within the defined timeframe, reporting their findings on New CS Repair System to ensure an accurate estimate is sent to the customer and/or the correct work is carried out in the workshop
  • You will take care that the production levels of your team meet the agreed weekly production levels according to the company's Standard Times of Operation
  • You will be the main point of communication between your team and the rest of the After Sales Service Department

As Watchmaker

  • You will deliver movement services to Breitling specification on quality, lead time and cost
  • You will provide a diagnostics report based on the customers' instruction, request and the required items in accordance with Breitling guidelines
  • You will ensure all work passed to Quality Control conforms to the agreed Breitling Standards of quality
  • You will ensure all repairs and diagnostics are carried out using techniques and tools according to Breitling standards
  • You will oversee the correct allocation of all spare parts to the correct job

  • You possess solid experience in a similar position
  • You are a trained watchmaker with a proven track record working on quality watches
  • You can demonstrate successful experience in leading a team by supporting and developing others
  • You possess knowledge of Breitling's products
  • You are trained up to Modular level by Breitling (strong advantage)
