As a Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be at the heart of our mission ensuring the operational readiness of vehicles that support the UK's armed forces and emergency services. From quad bikes to battle tanks, your expertise will help maintain, repair, and enhance a wide range of equipment, making a real difference to national security and public safety.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at either Donnington or Cottesmore. You'll work 37 hours per week: Monday - Thursday (8 hours/day) and Friday (5 hours), with opportunities for overtime. A relocation package may be available, subject to eligibility.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and/or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role.

• 
  
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
  
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, inspection, and repair
  
• Preferred: Experience with military vehicles or specialist equipment
  
• Background in a dealership, garage, or military vehicle maintenance
  
• Strong commitment to safety and precision
  
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
  
• Ability to conduct road tests and complete technical documentation
  
• Ability to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance
  

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
