TSR Security Consultant

Location: Newbury - 2/3Days Per Week

Contract: 3 - 6 Months

Rate: £400 - £450 Per Day Outside IR35

We're seeking a talented TSR Security Consultant to help deliver cutting-edge security solutions in alignment with the Telecom Security Act. If you're looking to work at the forefront of telecom innovation and make a tangible impact on national security standards, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Security Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the early phases of a high-profile program designed to ensure compliance with TSR requirements. You'll work closely with analysts, architects, and program teams to create costed, high-level designs and detailed plans that pave the way for future development.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and analysis of secure access methods, including third-party privileged access, ticket-based access, and read-only access solutions.
Supporting the definition of business requirements, impact analysis, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
Collaborating with cross-functional architecture teams to produce high-level designs aligned with program objectives.
Providing input into budget planning and development schedules ahead of key fiscal deadlines.
Reporting into the TSR End-to-End Program team.

Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of security design principles and best practices.
Proven experience in telecom or IT architecture.
The ability to translate technical requirements into clear, scalable designs.
Experience producing both scoping documentation and detailed technical designs.

Location: Hybrid role, with on-site presence in Newbury 2-3 days per week.
