  • £17.44 per hour + 10% pension

  • Perm days: Mon–Thurs 7:30–4:00, Fri 7–12

    Key Responsibilities as a TIG Welder:

  • Maintain a safe and proactive EHS culture

  • Fit small diameter tubes for orbital welding

  • Follow engineering drawings and batch cards accurately

  • Carry out TIG welding to aircraft standards

  • Maintain machinery, jigs, and fixtures

  • Reduce non-conformances, support corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

    What we're looking for as a TIG Welder:

  • Trade-qualified welder with aviation experience

  • Skilled in TIG, orbital, and fusion welding

  • Experienced with exotic metals like Nickel and Titanium alloys

  • Team player, proactive, and able to read and follow engineering drawings
