  Your Responsibilities:
  
  
• Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  
  
• Log and track incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
  
  
• Assist users with password resets, software issues, hardware glitches, and setup challenges.
  
  
• Diagnose common IT problems and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  
  
• Proactively identify trends to prevent recurring issues.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and resolutions.
  
  
• Contribute to knowledge base updates to improve team efficiency.
  
  
• Support a 24x7 shift schedule with rotational days off.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  
  Essential Skills:
  
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  
  
• Technical proficiency at Level 1.5 support.
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to multitask effectively and listen actively.
  
  
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and ticketing tools.
  
  Desirable Skills:
  
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
