About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience to lead the mechanical building services design for large-scale, critical data centre projects across the EMEA region.
In this senior technical leadership role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept design through to client handover. You will be responsible for confident project delivery, effective client relationship management, and ensuring all mechanical design deliverables meet the highest quality assurance standards. A key focus will be the successful simultaneous management of multiple projects and the mentorship of engineering staff to ensure all team deliverables are met on schedule.

Candidate Profile
This senior position offers a remote work arrangement based in an EU Country , with essential travel throughout the European Union to meet project and client needs.

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated mechanical design experience, particularly in the critical systems environment.
Proven experience in leading the design of mechanical building services (HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing, etc.) for complex facilities, ideally data centres.
