Were looking for a

Senior Mechanical Project Manager

to join a well-established M&E Contractor delivering mechanical services across the UK retail sector. Youll be taking responsibility for a major national client, managing projects from initial design through to completion, with travel expected to sites nationwide.

About the Role

Youll oversee multiple retail refurbishment and fit-out schemes, ensuring mechanical services are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Youll lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for the client.

Typical responsibilities include:
Managing mechanical installation works including HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems

Planning, programming, and delivering projects to budget and timescale

Leading site and office teams to achieve consistent quality and compliance

Managing client relationships and ensuring repeat business through excellent service

Overseeing Health & Safety and CDM compliance across all sites

About You

Youre an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys the challenge of fast-paced, multi-site retail projects. Youll combine strong technical knowledge with good commercial awareness and confident leadership.

To be considered, youll need:
NVQ Level 4 (or above) in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering

A valid

CSCS Manager or Professional Card

A proven track record managing mechanical projects within building services

Flexibility to travel nationwide
