£75,000 + Car, Travel expenses,Laptop,Phone,iPad andPensionThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a respected mechanical services contractor delivering air conditioning and ventilation projects across the healthcare, medical imaging and commercial sectors.The company is a long-standing building services contractor with decades of experience delivering high-quality HVAC installations. With continued growth across the South and increasing demand for their specialist expertise, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of multiple mechanical and HVAC projects.The RoleYou will lead HVAC and mechanical engineering projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring delivery is executed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing HVAC and mechanical projects from inception to commissioningAttending project handovers and liaising closely with estimators and designersCoordinating internal and external design teams and incorporating survey and site-visit findingsProcuring materials, plant, equipment and subcontract servicesPlanning labour requirements, coordinating workforce and subcontract labourMaintaining cost control, valuations and cashflow forecastingOverseeing crane lifts and occasional weekend or out-of-hours works when requiredManaging documentation for O&M manuals and as-fitted drawingsProviding leadership and guidance to project teams, engineers and techniciansIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement and standardisationAbout YouMinimum 5 years experience as an HVAC Project ManagerStrong background in air conditioning and ventilation systemsExperience working on commercial, healthcare or technical environmentsStrong procurement, planning and contract management understandingExcellent leadership, communication and project delivery skillsAble to manage multiple projects and teams confidentlyRemuneration Package
