Reporting to: Head of Estimating & Sales
Salary: £85k - £90k

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
Job Location: Site-based – Various (Greater London)

Overview

* Implement and comply EWC policies and procedures including business management systems, HR, IT, health and safety, environmental, communications and branding.

* To implement and where lacking develop and comply with EWC policies and procedures including quality, health and safety and environmental, supply chain management, business management system and sales and marketing

* To assist with management and implement of procedures covering all aspects of Tender Review, Estimating, Procurement, Tender Settlement, Tender Submission, Post Tender Interview, Estimate Handover, Value Engineering, Project Start-up Review, Health & Safety, Document Control and Project Completion Review.

* Preparing subcontract and materials enquiries and review of the subsequent quotations and obtain alternatives.

* Preparing an accurate cost estimate in an elemental and analytical format for the indirect resources required to carry out the works in accordance with the agreed programme and engineering requirements
