Senior Mechanical Engineer – Building Services Design MOD, Education, Residential, Retail & Healthcare projects Portsmouth / Waterloo Area Salary up to & around £60,000 + benefits + bonus   We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with proven Building Services Design experience to join a growing team near Portsmouth!!!Ambitious individuals, close knit, dynamic team, high growth, stable & profitable projects, growth to management level, multi-discipline teams and the chance to work on the newest renewable technologies within the Built Environment!If you have Mechanical Engineering experience within the Built Environment and now looking for your next position, this is the role for you!About the company & position?This young and growing team are an outgoing and passionate group of individuals, with a high percentage of their work in the MOD sector, alongside education, healthcare, residential and retail projects. You will be required to go through security clearance in time for the MOD side of their work, which will give you access to a huge range of different buildings to work on and types of engineering within the sector.Due to a mass update of MOD buildings, this business is the chosen consultancy, so you will get the opportunity to work with a huge range of Renewables Emerging Technologies, such as Hydrogen Systems, Air Source, Heat source pumps, upgrading Electrical PV systems and much more! If you want to be at the forefront of these technologies, be in a position with solid stability and growth potential, this is the role for you! This practice is family run and has 25 people working for them. As an inclusive company with low staff turnover, you will be working in the projects team (made up of 15 engineers and building surveyors) who provide businesses with net zero carbon targets. The overall team of 25 individuals are extremely settled, offering Architectural, Sustainability and Surveying services across the south of England, with more services being slowly added. This company offer flexibility and hybrid working, with this individual being expected to be in the office more often that not to start off with.
