Your Role in the Team

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be a key player in the national MEP division. You’ll lead projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure every design meets the highest standards—on time and within budget.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Leadership: Own client relationships and define project scopes.
  • Design Excellence: Produce mechanical designs, specifications, drawings, and reports that meet regulations and exceed expectations.
  • Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable design principles into every project.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior engineers, sharing your expertise.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in building services with solid knowledge of British Standards and Building Regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical ventilation, heating/cooling systems, and design software (Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, highly organised, and a proactive problem-solver.
