Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Copello are working with a leading organisation who are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Lead to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, resilient infrastructure services to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  
  
• Provide IT service and support to end users, to allow for system efficiency and a productive end user experience
  
  
• Protect and secure technical capability and performance of infrastructure solutions.
  
  
• Ensure hybrid cloud service infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
  
  
• Utilise SaaS monitoring tools to maintain service reliability and performance.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital delivery.
  
  
• Investigate and diagnose and technical errors experienced by end users.
  
  Key Skills:
  
  
• Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
  
  
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
  
  
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the MDM space.
  
  
• Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
  
  
• Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
  
  
• Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.
  
  Qualifications & Background:
  
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
  
• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  
  
• Demonstrated success in delivering results-driven infrastructure solutions.
  
  Additional Information:
  
  
• Hybrid work pattern, 2/3 days on site and occasional travel required.
  
  
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential
  
  
• SC Clearance will be required
