Location: Bromley
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Must have domiciliary experience.


The Heart of the Job

Tezlom is seeking a vibrant and ambitious Registered Care Manager to lead a new Homecare branch in Bromley, covering Bromley, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas. This is a franchise launch, so you will work with the main Franchisor to oversee growth and development, receiving ongoing support from the franchisor network.

  • Experienced in Domiciliary Care/Homecare
  • Experience in CQC Inspections
  • Ability to grow and develop a branch
  • Ability to collaborate with the Franchisor

What You'll Need to Rock This Role

  • Registered Manager qualification. Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or degree in a relevant Health and Social Care field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the homecare sector with a track record of delivering high-quality care services
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • Driver with access to own vehicle
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care and improving the lives of others
