Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Registered Homecare Manager located in Birmingham. The Homecare Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing homecare services, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating with caregivers, conducting assessments of patient needs, creating and managing care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of care quality.


Qualifications

  • Experience in homecare management, patient assessment, and creating and managing care plans
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
  • Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification preferred
