Head quartered on the world-renowned Harley Street, Bodyset is a buzzing network of 30+ sites and growing, predominantly in London, but also West Berkshire, Surrey, North Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire, Bristol, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. With gym based clinics located well-known fitness chains including Bannatynes, Gymbox, Milo & The Bull, UNIT and Fitness First.


Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, the Regional Lead is an integral part of the Clinical Management Team at Bodyset and you'll be expected to act as an ambassador for the Company, with accountability for the daily operations and service delivery for your regional team, ensuring quality outcomes and financial performance.


Product consistency will be core to this, as well as maintaining standards locally in line with company objectives. You will drive team performance and productivity through the direct line management of practitioners and support staff.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - What you’ll be doing
Commercial & Team Management

  • Oversee team day to day operations (approx. 10-15%)


  • Manage day to day team performance in line with company KPIs with regular 1-1s and performance reviews


  • Report back to Head of Clinical Operations / Management team on performance trends


  • Evaluate and improve local operations and financial performance


  • Oversee inductions & training of new employees locally where required


  • Take the lead in developing local marketing, consultant or other relationship opportunities via our Partnership Programme to help drive new clients and financial performance.



Clinical Management

  • Maintain a clinical case load (approx. 85-90%)


  • Be accountable for the team’s compliance with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations, ensuring that the clinic is prepared for audit 365 days a year


  • Strive to continually improve clinic standards


  • Being first point of contact for clinical complaints or issues


  • Ensure product delivery and customer experience is consistent


  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations locally


  • Ensure all technical equipment are fully maintained and operational


  • Monitoring stock usage and levels, ensuring site(s) are well supplied at all times


  • Act in a professional advisory role to site(s) staff providing supervision and guidance, monitoring and evaluating their performance on a continuing basis

  • Highly commercial someone who can deliver results and engage their teams to ensure high performance working culture


  • Confident expert - sound understanding of the UK private healthcare market, healthcare regulation, with extensive experience in this space.


  • Leadership - proven experience of managing a team of clinicians, professional and consistent under pressure


  • Highly organised, innovative and flexible and align with our company values.


  • Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Self Starter - able to work independently with initiative and a pro-active nature and as part of a wider team


  • Energetic and driven
