What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruitment across the utilities and construction sector

  • Winning new business through proactive sales and lead generation

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates

  • Managing and expanding client accounts

  • Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires

  • Overseeing training and managing workforce matrices

  • Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

  • Proven experience in labour supply recruitment

  • Strong business development and sales skills
