What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment across the utilities and construction sector
Winning new business through proactive sales and lead generation
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
Managing and expanding client accounts
Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
Overseeing training and managing workforce matrices
Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

Proven experience in labour supply recruitment
Strong business development and sales skills
Excellent communication and account management abilities
