Senior Product Manager (App for Product) - London

My client have a connected ecosystem for their products combining hardware, digital services, and an ever-growing range of product the is centred on an electronic device. The App for these products empowers users to discover, manage purchases and machine, and leverage IoT capabilities to unlock the ultimate home experience.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Product Manager for the App, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of their mobile experience. You’ll shape a platform that connects customers with their favourite

products, enhances their at-home experience, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and evolve the app roadmap.

  • Translate insights and data into high-impact product opportunities.

  • Champion the app as the central digital hub.

    Varied & Exciting Feature Scope:

  • eCommerce: Buy, manage and return product.

  • Personalisation: Power commercial growth with tailored recommendations.

  • Connected Devices (IoT): Manage the machine, its modes, and insights.

    Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end to end product development.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data and commercial teams.

    Growth & Engagement

  • Boost active usage, retention and revenue.

  • Partner with CRM and marketing teams.

  • Use experimentation and analytics to refine journeys.

    Leadership

  • Mentor PMs and drive a culture of ownership.

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders.

    Qualifications Required:

  • 6+ years in product management, 3+ in mobile apps.

  • Proven success scaling consumer apps.

  • Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills.

    Preferred:

  • eCommerce, IoT or subscription product experience.

  • Experience in personalization or loyalty.
