About the Role
We are working in partnership with an NHS service to recruit a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a supportive and multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while contributing to service development and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Take professional and legal responsibility for all aspects of your own clinical practice, ensuring consistently high standards of physiotherapy care.
Manage a designated caseload, effectively organising and prioritising workload and undertaking comprehensive assessments of functional mobility.
Develop clinically reasoned treatment plans and prognoses, setting person-centred goals that promote independence, participation, and safe discharge.
Plan and deliver educational and rehabilitative group sessions, adapting interventions in response to individual needs and clinical risk.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with legal, departmental, and Trust requirements, contributing to audit and evidence-based practice.
Support service development and improvement, acting as a champion for specific service areas and contributing to in-service training and practice development.

Essential
Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
Experience supervising staff and/or students
Confident use of electronic patient record systems
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
