Overview

We are looking for two full time MSK Physiotherapists to join our team. We are a family run private practice in Basingstoke and pride ourselves on creating a nurturing and supportive environment to develop your career and provide excellent care to our patients. 


Role 1: If you have recently qualified and are yet to find the perfect setting to start your career as a Physiotherapist then this may be the role for you. 


Role 2: Seeking a Physiotherapist with at least 3 years experience, ideally in MSK, who can join our team and hit the ground running.


Both positions are for 37.5hrs per week with flexible hours working, with the option to condense hours in to 4 days. Competitive salary plus bonus scheme (up to £6000 extra per year). Private medical insurance. Monthly 1-2-1 and team CPD. Regular opportunities to sit with consultants and the option to mentor Southampton University students. Use of our private gym. Weekly wellness sessions where you receive an extended lunch break to use as you wish. 


Duties

A successful applicant will be working in a fast moving private clinic with an array of MSK pathologies from Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Private GP and self-referral. The physiotherapist will need to manage they own caseload in terms of assessment, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. They will have autonomy in terms of patient management with the patients needs firmly leading treatment choice. 


Requirements

BSc or MSc Physiotherapy

Graduates and up to 3 years experience


Acupuncture, S&C, Pilates useful but not essential.


Salary dependant on experience.
