JustPhysio are looking for an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist for their client in London. Band 7 Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Salary £40k-£45k. Will consider full-time or part-time. Start ASAP.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of pelvic health patients, providing advanced, evidence-based care and working autonomously.
  • Assess and treat patients with a wide range of pelvic health conditions, helping them achieve long-term health outcomes.
  • As a senior member of the team, lead the development of pelvic health services within the practice, drive service improvements, implement best practices, and foster relationships with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • BSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
  • Evidence of portfolio demonstrating post-graduate continued professional development.
  • Postgraduate training or development in management and leadership skills.
  • Membership of special interest groups (POGP).
  • Knowledge/understanding of private practice healthcare.
  • Desirable: Masters in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification.
  • Extensive experience post-qualification with evidenced senior level experience within MSK and Pelvic Health; experience in managing patients with complex physical and psychological presentations.
  • Experience supervising junior and senior staff, leading a service or team, and involvement in clinical audit/research/policy implementation.
  • Experience in incident investigation and implementing changes to practice as a result; involvement in quality improvement projects.

Hours, Location and Schedule
  • Clinic opening hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am-7.30pm; Sat 8am-4pm
  • Work hours: 37.5 hours per week – hybrid pattern (32 hours in clinic, 5.5 hours from home for notes, admin and self-development)
  • Annual leave: 28 days, inclusive of bank holidays
  • Location: City of Westminster, London, Greater London, England
