Are you UK and European Patent Attorney with an understanding of engineering who is looking to join one of Europe's largest dedicated intellectual property law firms where you will be recognized as a technical expert at what you do?
In this role you will be drafting specifications and responding to office actions for complex inventions, alongside working with clients to secure appropriate IP protection and assisting with Oral Proceedings at the European Patent Office. Alongside this, you will be analysing prior art and working together with clients to develop persuasive and creative arguments against patent office objections.
Having 140 years of growth, this patent company specialise in trademarks and design whilst maintaining their core values and beliefs, which are being genuine, collaborate and passionate. Whilst growing across Europe, expanding offices in cities such as Paris and Munich.
This role will suit someone who is dual qualified as a Patent Attorney with knowledge of mechanical engineering or similar looking to grow and improve their skillset, within a global ambitions company who will take care of them
The Role:
Drafting specifications and responding to office actions for complex inventions
Advising clients on securing appropriate IP protection
Assisting with Oral Proceedings at the European Patent Office
Analysing prior art and working with clients to develop arguments against objections
Researching and advising on the status, scope and validity of third party intellectual property rights
The Person:
Dual Qualified Patent Attorney ( EU and UK )
Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering or similar
