If so, Nuffield Health is looking for a Physiotherapist. Our expert physiotherapists are here to treat injuries, long-term pain and help you get back to full health. Our clients receive rapid access to treatment from our expert physiotherapists based at our Hereford Hospital. Whether they are suffering from a sporting injury, back and neck pain or recovering from surgery, our experts are here to help get them back to their feet.


Responsibilities
  • See a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from sports to workplace-related injuries and play a key role in helping patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing they aspire to.
  • Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to patients’ needs.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
  • Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.

The role would suit individuals who want to make a positive impact across a large workforce while building relationships within a corporate setting. We encourage flexible working, which can include triage working from home and flexibility with shift patterns.


What we’re looking for in our Physiotherapists
  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent; registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and a desire to develop as a practitioner.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and students.

About Nuffield Hospital - Hereford

The Nuffield Health Hospital in Hereford is located in the Herefordshire countryside, just half a mile north of Hereford City Centre. A modern hospital offering private healthcare to the local community and surrounding counties. We provide a broad range of medical and surgical services with a team of expert consultants. The ward consists of 20 inpatient beds, 3 day surgery unit beds and a busy ACU with a variety of elective procedures across several specialties including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Vascular, Plastics and more. The working atmosphere is professional, collaborative and supportive.
